2 Ingredients – 10 minute cook time – Easy Recipe
I remember the first time I had Gnocchi. I was on a family trip to North Dakota when we decided to have dinner at a white tablecloth italian resturant. I had seen Gnocchi before of cooking shows that I would avidly watch, but never had I tasted this unique italian dish. Seeing Gnocchi on the menu at this restaurant immediately sparked my interest and I knew I had to try it!
Gnocchi is a round shaped “dumpling-like” food that is often used as pasta. It is usually made out of potato and flour, but can be made with other ingredients like cauliflower. The Gnocchi’s texture is soft and chewy. Best of all, you can pair it with almost any sauce you would put on pasta, like tomato, and alfredo.
